What is a Slime Society?
A slime society is a community-based service organization that assists slimes in any and all aspects of their life as they join the human world. We believe that every slime, regardless of color or cohesion, deserves support.
Slime societies can be found all across the U.S. and Canada, particularly in regions where official integration and support services are lacking or non-existent.
Slime Society Services
Slime societies provide a wide variesty of services depending on location and community resources. Nearly every slime society provides these basic services:
- Emergence & Extraction
- Especially in remote areas, volunteers will monitor and patrol public land (and private property if given permission) for newly emergent slimes during the emergence season. These slimes are then guided to civilization where they can receive help from the community.
- Housing & Education
- In areas without an SIA accredited campus, volunteers, community leaders, shelters, and even local schools may open their doors to give slimes a roof over their head as they acclimate to their new surroundings.
- Volunteers with experience in education and social services can also lead eductional courses for these new emergents.
- Transportation
- In cases where a community cannot provide assistance to a certain individual, volunteers may transport slimes to accredited SIA campuses
