Basics of Slimes
Slimes are amazing living things. They walk, talk, think and feel, and can look just like us! Biologically, they are vastly different from humans (and from animals, even eukarya as a whole). We are going to explain many of the commonly asked and interesting facts about slimes in language as plain as possible to help everyone understand how our gel-filled friends function.
Myxomorphology: The study of slimes
Much like we have anthropology, the study of humans (anthro being a Greek root word for human), we now have myxomorphology, the study of slimes (myxomorph combining the Greek root myxo, meaning 'slime' or 'mucus' and -morph- being the Greek root meaning "shape" or "form").
Myxomorphological studies explore the biology, psychology, and behavior of slimes.
